Interviews and selection of 16 t0 35 youth with high school education.
The program selects young men and women that are highly interested in starting their own businesses and are willing to take part in creating a positive change in their communities.

This process is supported by the use of the already designed modules that have both theory and practical activities to facilitate their learning and business creation.
Continued mentorship
While working on their business ideas, each group gets a mentor with experience in their filed of interest (business). The role of mentors are to share knowledge, skills and provide technical support to ensure that success the created businesses.
Presentation of the business ideas for funding.
At this stage the developed ideas will be presented to judges to ensure their viability and make corrections where necessary. They will also be connected to potential partners who can fund the implementation. Each business receives up to $500 as a startup capital depending on the necessities of each business.
Implementation of the business ideas
This includes putting their ideas in action in their respective locations.
Designing and writing their business ideas
This is a practical part for the students to come up with ideas and start developing the business plans and budget.
