Learning by doing method. YABB’s Capacity building Package is used as the principle guide to enable youths to start their own businesses through giving them required skills, training and facilities to take control of their future. It includes practical learning, handout of materials, experimental teaching metholodogy and modules that are used during the training.

Team work is an important aspect in the implementation of the capacity building package. Each model has different seasons and practical workshops that are realized in groups. Students in groups are expected to draw up innovative business proposals that will be presented to a panel of judges and possible sponsors for financial support to implemented.
