We represent a group of 20 members where we started from an idea that turned into a real business. With the help and support of Young African Business Booster (YABB), we were able to start our very own pig rearing business. Most of us were unemployed and did not have the capital and drive to start our business ideas but with YABB’s mentorship and financial support, we were able to come up with a pig production idea and other different innovative ideas on how our pig rearing business can stand out. Our business is progressing day by day because we started with only 5 pigs and now have 15, with each pig going up to 100 USD. We are grateful because it is a source of income for all of us. Apart from skills YABB also gave us initial capital to buy pigs and now we are entering into crop production. We are optimistic that this will lead us to prosperity and the economic development of our community.
